Yes. All five residences are currently occupied. The current renters are established long-term tenants operating under month-to-month leases. Lease and rent documentation is available to qualified buyers.

Can residences be purchased individually?+

Yes. The residences are offered individually or together as a single portfolio acquisition, depending on your goals and timeline.

What is included in management?+

Utilities, security, maintenance, landscaping and amenities are covered by Central Park's association dues. Leasing, rent collection, renewals and reporting are handled by a property manager.

Is a 1031 exchange supported?+
